Celeste Lino is Associate Professor at the University of Coimbra – Faculty of Pharmacy, Coordinator of Bromatology and Farmacognosy Laboratory at FCUP.
Her research areas are focused on food safety, especially those related to food additives and foodstuff contamination with mycotoxins and respective exposure estimation.
