Rebeca Cruz is a PhD student at Faculty of Pharmacy, University of Porto.

Her work is focused on the assessment of novel persistent toxic substances in seafood and the development of potential mitigation strategies. She has experience in food chemistry and chromatographic analysis.

Currently, she has 20 (h-index 8) peer-reviewed and indexed scientific publications and several scientific conference participations.
